Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 2025
At Arfori Bakes we hand‑craft every batch and strive for your complete delight. Because our products are perishable foods, refunds are limited, but we will always make things right when we are at fault.
1. Cancelling or Changing an Order
Grace period: You may cancel or modify an order within 10 minutes of checkout.
To cancel, email support@arforibakes.com or submit the Support form with the subject “Cancel Order” and your order number.
If the ten minutes window has passed or production has begun, the order is considered final (see § 3).
2. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If we deliver the wrong product, an incomplete box, or goods that are clearly damaged on arrival, notify us within 24 hours:
Photograph the product and outer packaging.
Email the photo(s) and order number to support@arforibakes.com.
We will offer one of the following, at our discretion:
A no‑cost replacement delivered at the next available slot, or
A full refund to the original payment method, or
Store credit equal to the affected items.
3. All‑Sales‑Final Items
The following are non‑refundable once production has started:
Baked goods (Bliss Bites).
4. Quality Concerns
Taste is subjective, but product quality matters. If you believe a fresh item is not up to our usual standard, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request a photo or arrange pickup of the remaining product for inspection. When a quality issue is confirmed we will provide a replacement or credit.
5. Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.
Shipping or delivery fees (if any) are refunded only when the error is ours.
6. Gift Orders & Third‑Party Purchases
If you received an Arfori Bakes gift but are not the original purchaser, replacements or credits will be made in the name of the gift recipient. Monetary refunds go to the original purchaser.
