Welcome to Arfori Bakes. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of arforibakes.com, our baked goods, and any related services. By visiting the Site or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.
1. Eligibility
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to browse or create an account.
Customers under 18 may purchase only with the permission and active involvement of a parent or legal guardian and must use a payment method that adult has approved.
By submitting an order you confirm that the payment information you provide is valid and that all data you supply is accurate.
Why we allow minors: Under U.S. contract law, everyday “necessities” such as food are generally enforceable even for minors. The parental‑consent clause ensures compliance while still letting young customers enjoy our treats.
2. Products & Availability
We bake in small batches; quantities are limited and may vary day‑to‑day. All images and descriptions on the Site are for illustrative purposes only—colour, size, and appearance of baked goods may differ slightly.
3. Ordering Process
Orders are accepted online only through the Site.
Your order is an offer to buy; we will send an email acknowledgment, but the contract is formed only when you receive a separate Order Confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order (e.g., suspicion of fraud, out‑of‑stock product, delivery outside our service area).
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to any applicable sales tax.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.
5. Delivery & Pickup
We currently deliver only within Jarrell and Sonterra, Texas (ZIP 76537 and nearby).
Same‑day delivery is available for orders placed Monday–Sunday between 4 PM and 7 PM (CST). Orders placed outside this window are delivered the next business day during the same timeframe.
Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is delivered to the address you provide.
6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Because our products are perishable foods, all sales become final once the order enters the oven. You may cancel or modify an order within 10 minutes of purchase by contacting Support. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.
7. Food Allergy Disclaimer
Most of our recipes contain wheat (gluten) and egg. We do not use peanuts or tree nuts in our kitchen, and we sanitize thoroughly between batches, but because we operate under Texas Cottage‑Food rules in a home environment we cannot guarantee that trace amounts of nuts are never present. If you have a severe allergy, please exercise your own judgment and feel free to reach out before ordering—we’re happy to answer questions.
8. Intellectual Property
All text, photos, recipes, graphics, and code on the Site are the property of Arfori LLC, doing business as Arfori Bakes, and are protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other laws. “Arfori Bakes” is used under a registered DBA; trademark registration is pending. No content may be copied or redistributed without our written consent.
9. User Content & Conduct
You may post reviews or comments that are honest, lawful, and respectful.
We reserve the right to remove any content we consider inappropriate or illegal.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arfori Bakes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arfori Bakes, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
12. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Williamson County, Texas.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The Effective Date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after any update means you accept the revised Terms.
